history

Renegade Performance Group was co-founded by André Machari Zachery and Alia Crutcher in 2007 as a Brooklyn-based dance company. The company was formed as an artistic outlet to foster dialogue compelled by the human experience. Renegade Performance Group has presented works in several theaters in New York City, the Brooklyn Museum, nationally at the Ruth Page Theater (Chicago), the DuSable Museum (Chicago), and internationally in the Cistermúsica Festival (Portugal).
